DRAFT

This text is a draft and requires legal review before publication. Sections that are not final contain no invented clause: they are left with a plain statement that they have not been drawn up yet, and we make no claim there. In its current form this text does not replace a signed, binding agreement.

Risk Disclosure

The risks of leveraged crypto asset trading and where the protections offered by the panel end. Read this before opening an account.

Last updated: 07/25/2026

1. In short

Leveraged crypto asset trading carries high risk. You can lose ALL of the margin you commit, in a very short time. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

This warning is not a formality: every setup shown in the panel can end in a loss when executed. There is no profit guarantee and none can be given.

Bilgin Trade gives no investment advice, takes no decision on your behalf and creates no obligation to trade. The decision to enter a trade is always yours.

2. Leverage and liquidation

Leverage magnifies both profit and loss in the same proportion. Rule of thumb: when your stop distance in percent multiplied by leverage reaches 100, the position is liquidated. At 10x leverage, a 10% move against you wipes out almost all of your margin.

The panel rejects trade requests where this product is 65% or more. That is a first filter; it does not mean your loss is capped.

In sudden price gaps (news, loss of liquidity, exchange outage) a stop order may not execute at the planned price; the position can be liquidated before the stop is hit. In that case the loss exceeds the risk amount you calculated.

3. Setups are not investment advice

The setups shown in the panel are automated calculations based on technical indicators. Your financial situation, risk tolerance and goals are not assessed; they are not a personal recommendation.

Past performance is not an indicator of future returns. Results visible in the ranking are other users' real results and do not show the result you will get.

No number in the panel is embellished: participant counts, profit and loss figures and statistics all come from real records. When there is no data, the field is left empty — zero is an answer too.

4. Technical and operational risks

The following can cause an order not to be sent at all, to be sent late, or to fill at a price different from the one expected; losses arising from them are yours:

  • The exchange going down, entering maintenance or temporarily rejecting orders.
  • Exchange API rate limits being exhausted and our requests being queued.
  • The panel being temporarily unreachable because of network latency, server failure or maintenance.
  • Slippage and partial fills: part of the order executing at a different price.
  • Delay or interruption in the data source that produces signals.
  • Your API key expiring, being revoked, or its permissions changing.
  • The balance in your exchange account not meeting the minimum order size of the symbol.

5. Costs can eat the profit

Every trade is subject to exchange fees. Perpetual positions also incur funding payments, which accumulate for as long as the position stays open.

When trading frequently with small targets, these costs can consume the entire profit. Include them in your trading plan.

6. The limits of automation

After your instruction, protective orders (stop, staged targets, trailing stop) are managed by the system. That management depends on our server and the exchange connection working.

If the connection is lost, the orders resting on the exchange stay in place — your position is not left entirely unprotected — but the planned stop improvements cannot be made. If the outage lasts, be ready to manage the position yourself.

When you revoke your API key on the exchange, management passes to you immediately. Do this deliberately while you have an open position.

7. Tax and regulation

Declaring and paying tax on gains from crypto asset trading is entirely your responsibility. Tax and regulatory rules differ from country to country. Bilgin Trade does not provide tax advice, does not file on your behalf and does not issue any official tax document; you need to consult a tax professional about your obligations in your own country.

8. Responsibility

All trading decisions and their outcomes — profit or loss — belong to the user.

If any part of this disclosure is unclear, ask through the support channel before trading, and seek independent professional advice if needed.

Questions about this document and data subject requests can reach us two ways. If you have an account, use the Support tab inside the panel: your request is recorded, answered, and the whole exchange stays in your account. If you cannot get into your account, or do not have one yet, write to [email protected].
