DRAFT

This text is a draft and requires legal review before publication. Sections that are not final contain no invented clause: they are left with a plain statement that they have not been drawn up yet, and we make no claim there. In its current form this text does not replace a signed, binding agreement.

Terms of Use

This document sets out the rights and obligations of both parties when using the Bilgin Trade panel. Read it together with the Risk Disclosure before opening an account.

Last updated: 07/25/2026

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between the Bilgin Trade panel published at bilgintrade.com and its operator. In this text "we" means the operator and "you" means the registered user. The operator’s legal name, address, trade registry and tax numbers will be published in this section once the company is incorporated; until then this text is a draft and does not replace a signed agreement.

During registration you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure. No account can be created without that confirmation.

The service is not offered to people under 18. If leveraged crypto asset trading is prohibited where you live, you may not use the service. To be clear: registration asks you for NO age or country declaration and the system does not verify either condition — compliance is entirely your responsibility. The list of countries where the service will not be offered has not been determined yet; it will be published in this section once it is.

2. What the service is and is not

Bilgin Trade is not an exchange. It provides no custody, and it never accepts your money or crypto assets. Your balance always stays in your own exchange account.

The service does two things: (a) it shows trade setups produced by market scanning, with entry, stop and target levels already calculated, and (b) upon your explicit instruction it sends orders to the exchange account you connected and manages the protective orders of that position (stop, staged targets, trailing stop).

No position is opened without your instruction: an order is sent only when you confirm the "Enter trade" action in the panel. After your instruction, placing and updating protective orders is carried out by the system as a continuation of that instruction.

Bilgin Trade provides no investment advice, portfolio management or brokerage. No setup, ranking, statistic or notification shown in the panel is investment advice. Which regulation the service falls under, and whether it requires a licence or permit, will be clarified in legal review and the outcome will be published in this section. To be clear about today: we do not claim to hold any licence, permit or official authorisation.

3. Pricing and how we earn

Using the panel is free. There is no subscription fee, setup fee, performance fee or profit share, and we never ask for card or bank details.

Our revenue comes from exchange referral (affiliate) programmes: you open your exchange account through our referral link and enter your user id (UID) in the panel; once the UID is approved, the exchange pays us a share of the trading fees that account pays.

That payment is made by the exchange and we charge you nothing on top of it. Whether an account opened through a referral pays a different fee rate than one opened without it will be confirmed from each exchange’s affiliate agreement and written in this section; until that check is done we make no claim about it. You can always see the fee rate applied to your account on the exchange’s own fee page.

We disclose the conflict of interest this creates: our revenue depends on your trading volume. Setups are not designed to increase how often you trade, and the decision not to trade is always yours. The panel shows no fake participant counts, invented statistics or unreal performance figures.

4. Account, UID approval and account security

Creating an account requires an e-mail address, a username, a password and at least one exchange UID. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

UID requests are reviewed manually. The UID of an account that was not opened through our referral link may be rejected; an exchange API key cannot be connected to an unapproved UID. The same UID cannot be linked to more than one user account.

You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor (TOTP) credentials secret. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately, revoke the API key on the exchange side and inform us.

5. Your exchange API key

You must create an API key with trading permission only. On OKX and Bitget the key’s permissions are read from the exchange while it is being linked, and a key that carries withdrawal permission is refused before it is stored. On the other venues that permission cannot be read through the API, so the system cannot perform the same check; there it is up to you to create a trade-only key. What holds on every venue: Bilgin Trade issues no withdrawal order and cannot keep withdrawal permission switched on in its own records (database constraint).

Your key is stored encrypted and is decrypted only inside the order execution process; the panel shows only a masked form (its last characters). Details are in the Privacy Policy.

You may revoke your API key from the exchange at any time. From that moment we can no longer update the protective orders of your open positions; orders already resting on the exchange stay in place, but managing the position becomes entirely yours.

  • A key can be connected only after your UID has been approved.
  • On OKX and Bitget a key with withdrawal permission is refused; on venues where that permission cannot be read the check is not performed.
  • Your exchange account is verified to be in one-way position mode; if that cannot be verified, no order is sent.
  • The full key is never displayed on any screen and never written to logs.

6. Orders, execution and protection

Orders are executed on the exchange infrastructure. Because of slippage, partial fills, exchange outages, API rate limits or network latency, an order may not reach the exchange at all or may fill at a price different from the one you expected.

Liquidation guard: a trade request is rejected when the stop distance multiplied by leverage reaches 65% or more. This is not a guaranteed loss cap — in a sudden price gap, liquidation can happen before the stop order is triggered.

If a protective stop cannot be placed, the trade is cancelled; no unprotected position is left behind. Should an exchange-side failure still produce an unprotected position, the reconciliation process tries to detect and close it; success cannot be guaranteed in every case.

Leverage, margin and risk settings are chosen by you. If you change the values the panel suggests, the outcome is yours as well.

7. Prohibited use

The following behaviour leads to suspension or closure of the account:

  • Using the panel with someone else's identity or someone else's exchange account.
  • Manipulating referral attribution: reporting a false UID, opening multiple accounts.
  • Scraping the panel with automated tools, reverse engineering it, or attempting to bypass security controls.
  • Loading the system with excessive requests or attempting to take the service down.
  • Using the service for unlawful purposes, including money laundering.
  • Republishing or commercially distributing content obtained from the panel without permission.

8. Changes, maintenance and suspension

We may close an exchange to new trades and move it to a staged mode where only open positions are managed. This is visible in the status of that exchange in the panel.

The panel can be briefly unavailable during planned maintenance. Maintenance does not cancel the stop and target orders resting on the exchange, but trailing stop updates cannot be performed while it lasts.

We may suspend your account in case of suspected fraud, a legal obligation or a breach of these terms. Suspension does not give us the right to close your open positions on your behalf; managing them in your exchange account remains yours.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise profit, a particular success rate or uninterrupted operation of the panel.

We cannot be held liable for losses arising from exchange outages and errors, slippage, API latency or market movements. All trading decisions are yours.

A cap on our liability and a maximum compensation amount have not been drafted in this text yet: whether such a cap would be valid under consumer protection law will not be written before legal review. What that means for you today is simple — we assert no written cap. Intent and gross negligence remain reserved in all cases.

10. Intellectual property

The rights to the panel software, interface design, brand name and the setup content it produces belong to us. Beyond personal use, no permission is granted to copy, distribute or create derivative works.

11. Changes to these terms

When the terms are updated, the current text is published on this page and the date at the top changes. Material changes are announced inside the panel and, where necessary, a new acceptance is requested.

Today notice can only be given inside the panel; e-mail delivery is not set up yet, so we do not promise to announce changes by e-mail. The notice period before a change takes effect has not been determined yet and will be written in this section after legal review.

12. Closing your account

You can close your account through support. Before closing it, close your open positions yourself and revoke the API key on the exchange side.

When the account is closed, your identifying data is pseudonymised according to the Privacy Policy; order and ledger records are kept for the statutory retention period.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

Governing law and the competent courts have not been determined in this text yet; the choice of forum will be written in this section after legal review. The absence of such a choice does not limit the remedies you have by law.

In case of a dispute, seeking a solution through the support channel first is in the interest of both parties.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent by signing in and opening a support request in the panel. No e-mail address is published in the footer because that channel is not set up yet; it will be announced here once it works.

Questions about this document and data subject requests can reach us two ways. If you have an account, use the Support tab inside the panel: your request is recorded, answered, and the whole exchange stays in your account. If you cannot get into your account, or do not have one yet, write to [email protected].
